Offering a selection of different boats for hire. Open canoes, double and single kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs). Never canoed or kayaked before? Don’t worry, most people pick it up very quickly. We offer introductory lessons and guided paddles to get you started. Lessons cover everything from what equipment you will need, launching, paddling, steering, safety and negotiating locks.

Lessons are 90 minutes long and cost £20 plus £15 per person. Guided paddles can be a great way to get started if you are a little unsure of what to do, but don’t want a full blown lesson, or if everyone in your group is under 16. You can have a guide accompany you for your whole trip, or part of it, just to get you started. (Under 16s must have an adult accompanying them at all times).
