About Riverside Hub – Customer Service Manager (Full-Time)

Riverside Hub are looking for an experienced manager to join their management team. You will need to have:

Exceptional customer service skills;
Dedication to high levels of safety;
A great eye for detail;
Ability to deliver high standards of cleanliness;
Experience of front of house or restaurant management;
A track record in delivering visitor experiences;
Availability for work leisure hours- weekends and school holidays;

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years front of house experience in a leisure, tourism, retail, hospitality or entertainment environment, as well as operational and safety management and supervisory experience. A first aid at work certificate would also be desirable.

Shifts will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8am-8pm plus two other days on rotation to complete the 5 day week.

This is a full-time role with a salary from £29,000.00 per year.
