The Operations & Retail Manager at Stanwick Lakes is responsible for the efficient running of the visitor centre the Front of House (FoH) team and the kitchen operation to ensure the organisation’s reputation for quality and service is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will use their initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure that there are suitable solutions put in place for any challenges arising in the visitor centre. Line managing the Head chef, the Catering supervisor and the FoH team, this role will be part of the Senior Management team. This role reports to the Trust Director.

The closing date for receipt of applications is Wednesday 22nd January, and interviews will take place at Stanwick Lakes in the week commencing 27th January.

This is a full-time role of 37.5hrs with a salary of £32,000 – £34,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience.
