DESCRIPTION:As part of the Higham Ferrers Arts Weekend join the Rock Choir in concert. They will be giving a vocal group performance of well known songs benefitting from the acoustics inside St Mary’s church. A licenced bar will be available on the night. Presented by the Friends of St Mary’s. Tickets £10 each available from www.artsweekendhigham.com \nThere is no parking onsite except for disabled. Free parking can be found on Market Square or Midland Road\, NN108DL\, less than 5 minutes away. The church is an accessible building with a hearing loop.

SUMMARY:Evening Music in the Garden with Eboracum Baroque
DESCRIPTION:Eboracum Baroque present a varied programme of baroque music to enjoy in the beautiful gardens at Canons Ashby. It includes operatic arias by Handel and Vivaldi alongside instrumental music by Purcell and Corelli performed on baroque instruments. \nThere will also be instrumental music for the trumpet and recorder by other composers from the time. All performed on period instruments in what promises to be an eclectic mix of music. Relax in these picturesque surroundings with a picnic\, or buy yourself something from the tea-kiosk. Make sure to bring your own picnic chairs or blankets. \nThe tea-kiosk will be open until the end of the interval. The shop will only be open until 5pm\, so ensure you arrive early if you would like to visit. Please do not bring any picnic chairs or tables which may damage the garden\, and please take your rubbish home with you. \n£19 adults\, £12 children (5-17 years)\, under 5s free
