DESCRIPTION:It’s time for another BeerFest here at the Mill! In celebration of St George’s Day\, we’ll be holding our fourth annual patriotic BeerFest weekend\, highlighting eight English guest beers\, plus our very own 4.4% abv Green Dragon – a full flavoured amber ale brewed with English sovereign and Challenger hops. \nThe Tap Room will be open as usual and all the festival beers will be found at our Festival Bar in the Turbine Room on the first floor. DESCRIPTION:Would you like to tune into nature? Let go of stress? Unwind and relax? \nJoin us for a journey among the beautiful trees of Salcey\, once part of a medieval royal hunting forest\, and still home to ancient oaks. Our sessions are designed to gradually calm body and mind\, with sensory activities carefully chosen to help you move from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ – all while exploring nature’s seasonal highlights. Our guided ‘treelaxation’ will help soothe away stress\, and you’ll leave with tips and tools you can use any time to help give you a mental and physical boost. \nYour guide will be Liz Burfield\, who trained as a forest bathing guide having experienced first-hand the benefits of mindfulness and nature on depression and anxiety. Her sessions are friendly\, down to earth\, and suitable for anyone who enjoys being outdoors.
