Our sessions are designed to gradually calm body and mind\, with sensory activities carefully chosen to help you move from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ – all while exploring nature’s seasonal highlights. Our guided ‘treelaxation’ will help soothe away stress\, and you’ll leave with tips and tools you can use any time to help give you a mental and physical boost. \nYour guide will be Liz Burfield\, who trained as a forest bathing guide having experienced first-hand the benefits of mindfulness and nature on depression and anxiety. Her sessions are friendly\, down to earth\, and suitable for anyone who enjoys being outdoors.
