SUMMARY:Wire Wrapped Jewellery Workshop
DESCRIPTION:A one-day workshop with Jo Cross introducing the art of wire-wrapped jewellery making. Participants will learn two or three different techniques of wire wrapping.\nThe workshop will start off with students working with sea glass type materials. Once students have mastered the wrapping techniques and the use of the tools\, they will progress to smoother surfaces like tumble stones or fused glass.\nIf students have a particular stone or piece of glass that they would like to bring to wrap\, the demonstrator can advise if the size is large enough for wrapping\, and advise them with techniques.\nStudents usually go away with a minimum of three pieces of jewellery.\nSuitable for 18+. Cost £65\nAll tools\, work surfaces (beading mats)\, wire\, and glass/stones will be supplied\, as well as leather type thongs to string jewellery on.\nPrice includes unlimited tea and coffee.

DESCRIPTION:Wild Women’s Day – Wednesday 29th April 2026\nDodds Manor Farm\, Eydon\, Northamptonshire \nA seasonal gathering hosted by Lizzy from Tellus Mater & Angela from Dodds Manor Farm \nJoin us for a day of wild connection in nature. \nWe’ll begin at 10:00am with a warm welcome and introductions over tea\, coffee and wild biscuits\, before heading out for a guided foraging and nature walk (10:30am) exploring seasonal wild foods in the local landscape.\nAt 12:00pm we’ll return for a short break before moving into a wild seasonal greens and fermentation workshop (12:00–1:00pm)\, learning how to safely preserve what we’ve gathered.\nFrom 1:00–2:00pm we’ll enjoy a delicious seasonal lunch prepared by our host at Dodds Manor Farm\nWe’ll then finish with a gentle ecotherapy grounding session (2:00–2:30pm)\, including barefoot grounding (weather permitting)\, before closing the day around 2:30pm.
