DESCRIPTION:Twinfest is an annual music festival which celebrates the twinning of Northampton with Marburg in Germany and Poitiers in France. The festivals take place over 4 days\, in 5 venues with almost 30 acts. As well as Northamptonshire musicians\, we also invite bands from Poitiers and Marburg to play. This year we are delighted to welcome Turino (Marburg) and XoXo le world (Poitiers). Our French and German representatives then choose their favourite bands who are subsequently invited to play at our sister festivals in Poitiers (Les Expressifs) and Marburg (StaPs). \nThis is an AMAZING weekend full of musical and cultural exchanges. Expect friendly and thriving atmospheres and great music in both indoor and outdoor stages\, day time and evening events. Whilst wristbands are available for the weekend\, we do have a couple of FREE events available to you too.
