DESCRIPTION:At Scribble Studio in Rushden\, we’re coming together to celebrate the power of creativity\, compassion\, and community in a fun\, relaxing\, therapeutic\, and social clay workshop. And this time\, it’s 90 minutes! \nThis is a safe and welcoming space with no expectations\, no judgement\, and plenty of acceptance for the ways life’s complexities can affect our mental health. Why not take some time out of your day to do something positive—something that supports wellbeing\, encourages mindfulness\, and promotes a sense of calm? \nRefreshments will be available for £2 (cash only). Every penny raised from refreshments will be donated to a mental health charity.
