DESCRIPTION:Join us for our TENTH annual Crayfish Festival afternoon! Crayfish Capers will be at the Mill again this year catching crayfish fresh from our Mill leat and cooking crayfish for all to enjoy. By trapping the signal crayfish in this way helps slow down the devastating effects they are having on our waters.
