We’re inviting employers, schools, community groups, and local organisations to join the Give it a Try campaign – a West Northamptonshire-wide initiative running from July to the end of September 2025 encouraging more people, including residents and visitors, to travel by bus, reduce car dependency, and enjoy the benefits of sustainable, affordable travel. “Give it a Try” is a campaign coordinated by GO Travel Solutions for West Northamptonshire Council and funded by the UK Government. Running from spring through to the end of September 2025, the campaign aims to raise awareness of local bus services and increase passenger numbers by encouraging both residents and visitors to explore West Northants by bus. Timed to coincide with major events in Northampton - including the Women’s Rugby World Cup - the campaign provides a timely platform to champion sustainable, accessible travel by bus across the region.
