GAIA by Luke Jerram

The Core are delighted to be launching their 15th birthday celebrations with GAIA by Luke Jerram and a series of exclusive events, workshops and experiences taking place beneath this awe-inspiring installation.

From Wednesday 10 to Sunday 21 September, the theatre will be transformed as a breathtaking seven-metre replica of planet Earth is suspended high above the auditorium. So come and join in with the wonder!

Space Descent, an exhilarating VR experience narrated by Tim Peake.

Sound Bath with Lulu Rose, a relaxing and immersive sonic experience to melt away stress and reconnect.

The team are also delighted to be partnering once again with  friends at Made With Many, who will be holding their Family Arts Festival alongside GAIA on Sat 20 September and Fermynwoods Contemporary Art who will present Tipping Point, a powerful new work by Luke Jerram in the Hazel Woods Fri 19 – Sun 21 September.
