Mindfulness with Alpacas
This unique experience at Hideaway Wood Farm combines guided mindfulness with the calming presence of alpacas in a peaceful woodland setting. It’s a joyful and grounding way to reconnect with nature and yourself!

Forest Bathing
Guided forest bathing sessions at Salcey Forest invite you to slow down and immerse yourself in the natural world. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, it’s proven to reduce stress and boost mood.

Wellness Suite

Immersive Sound Bath
Let waves of sound wash over you in this deeply relaxing experience at Northampton museum & Art Gallery. Using gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, sound baths help calm the nervous system and promote emotional balance.
