This spring, as the days get longer during equinox, we are welcoming the new season with a day of grounding, gentle movement and quiet connection in nature.
Join Anita and Jodie, our seasoned wellness practitioners, as they guide you through a thoughtfully curated day. Expect breathwork, yoga, sauna sessions and wild swimming.
This retreat is an invitation to honour renewal as the earth begins to stir and return to life. We will gather to slow down and create space to plant intentional seeds for growth, inspired by nature’s quiet awakening. Through reflection and presence, we will recognise this moment as an opening for fresh beginnings and the promise of what is ready to emerge.
The day will gently awaken the body with an energising yoga flow, before releasing what is no longer needed through a series of guided breathwork practices. We will then sow seeds of intention through a guided meditation and sound bath, allowing time to rest, reset, and settle the nervous system.

11:00 – 12:15- Wild Spa Session (Swim, Sauna & Cold Plunge)
12:15 – 13:00- Awakening Flow Yoga (Two groups rotate with Wild Spa Session)
13:15 – 13:30- Hot Shower & Change
13:30 – 14:30- Seasonal Lunch in the Farmhouse and Countryside Walk
14:30 – 16:00- Sound Bath
16:00 – 16:30- Reflections around the Firepit with Herbal Tea and Treats
