the Swallows Bed & breakfast is situated in the pretty village of Brigstock on a quiet country lane overlooking fields and a vineyard. Having both worked in the hospitality industry for many years. it was their dream to open a unique bed & breakfast. Brigstock is a delightful village with honey coloured stone houses, two churches, a shop, gallery, two pubs, play park and within walking distance to Fermyn Woods Country Park. The beautifully decorated bedrooms with luxurious en-suite bathrooms and a bright and airy dining area for breakfast (with garden terrace).

The house looks out to wonderful views across the countryside and is a peaceful place to come work, rest or play. The Team is confident that you’ll be really comfortable when staying with them – it’s very important to the team that our guests feel ‘at home’ but with a little bit of luxury thrown in for good measure!
