Join us on the 26th August to get creative and celebrate the artistic and independent spirit of our town! St Peter’s has been a source of inspiration for artists and craftspeople for centuries. The renowned local painter and muralist Henry Bird pursued a career in the arts after being inspired by the stunning stone carvings inside the church. This FREE family friendly event includes a variety of themed art and craft workshops, an awesome selection of local artist demonstrations, as well as the chance to travel through time with our historical makeup and portrait workshops from Lumina Arts Alliance (Will you be a Saxon Princess or a Plague Victim?!) Also returning due to popular demand is the fantastic Hitchhiking Historian!

This event is for all ages and creativity levels! Come and create history with us!
