We’re delighted to welcome guest chef James Moulson to Wappenham Village Hall this May, joining Endang Gonzalez for an intimate, chef-led food experience.

This relaxed afternoon session will explore classic French cooking with a modern Asian twist — focusing on flavour, technique and practical kitchen knowledge. Guests will enjoy a combination of live demonstration and the opportunity to sit down, dine together, and enjoy the dishes created.
