Drop in to arts space The Creative Place on Northampton Market Square for 5 mins or 5 hours! Come get creative with volunteer Ellen. She’ll give you some prompts to help you get writing. Bring something in you’re working on, just come for a chat or get writing while you are here with our free materials.

We’ll encourage everyone to enter their poem into the NCF competition: write a poem on the theme of Loving, Living Life for Northamptonshire Community Foundation’s David Laing CBE Young People Poetry Award competition with the following categories: Under 10s, 10-14 year olds, 15-17 year olds. People can enter through a NCF funded group like Northampton Film Festival.
