Open to any Northamptonshire resident aged 11-17yrs to join these relaxed, small group sessions to write a poem. Quinton is an MC, youth mentor and spoken word artist.

Ideally we’d love people to do all 3 sessions Wed 5th Aug, Thur 6th Aug and Fri 7th August 12pm-2pm but it’s totally fine if you can do just one. Lunch provided AND you get to record your poem in Quinton’s professional recording studio later in the summer holidays!

We’ll encourage everyone to enter their poem into the NCF competition: Write a poem on the theme of Loving, Living Life for Northamptonshire Community Foundation’s David Laing CBE Young People Poetry Award competition with the following categories: Under 10s, 10-14 year olds, 15-17 year olds. People can enter through a NCF funded group like Northampton Film Festival.
