Chef Bart Polinski and the Hibiscus at Delapre team set students from Northampton, Moulton and Tresham colleges a challenge: create a new food or drink concept – whether a new product, a twist on a traditional recipe, or an innovative food experience. It must have a clear link to Northamptonshire and include Northamptonshire produce. Winners will be announced during Food & Drink Week and the winning concept on sale at Delapre Food Festival.

Come along to the food festival to purchase the winning concept!
